Pes Kering Kuey Teow Goreng / Fried Kuey Teow Dry Paste 50grams

Kuey Teow Goreng merupakan makanan yang popular di Malaysia dan Singapura. Ia diperbuat daripada kuey teow, digoreng di atas api panas dengan kicap dan sos, cili, udang, kerang, telur, tauge dan kucai Cina

Ingredients: Sugar, Onion, Salt, Soy Sauce, Shrimp flake, Corn Starch, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Chili powder, Sugar, Wheat flour, Caramel, Tomato seasoning, and Spice powder.

Preparation:

1. Add 10ml cooking oil into the wok.
2. Heat over medium heat.
3. Add 150g minced meat/chicken/seafood.
4. Saute meat until half cooked.
5. Add in vegetable, 800g kuey teow and NURINS Fried Kuey Teow.
6. Stir-fry until cooked.
7. Ready to serve.
