Malaysian buttermilk chicken made with easy ingredients such as curry leaves, with the crispy fried chicken and delicious buttermilk sauce pouring on top of chicken. It is a dish that awaken your taste buds.
Ingredients: Non-dairy creamer, Sugar, Chili paste, Salt, Vegetable oil, Margarine, Onion, Candlenut, Galangal, Lemongrass, Wheat flour and Curry leaves.
Preparation:
- Add flour and water into a bowl.
- Coated 500g chicken/prawn/squid with the mixture.
- Heat the pan with enough oil and deep fried the chicken/prawn/crab until become golden brown. Take out and put aside.
- In another pan, add NURINS Spicy Buttermilk sauce with 80ml water and 50ml evaporated milk. Stir evenly.
- Finally, add the fried chicken/prawn/squid into the sauce. Coat evenly with the sauce.
- Ready to serve.
